This Online Privacy Notice describes the types of personal information we collect on www.ecipartners.com (this/our “Site”), social media and through our email campaigns, and how we use the information, with whom we may share it and the choices available to you regarding our use of the information. Information we may collect from you
When you visit our Site you may be asked to provide information about yourself including your name and contact details (being your email, telephone number and/or work address). We may also collect information about you, your work history and/or your usage of our Site if you contact us via e-mail, phone, or letter or send us a CV (or permit a recruitment agent or another third party to send a CV to us). We may also automatically collect technical information, such as your IP address, and information about your visit, such as the pages that you viewed.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, we use Google Analytics to learn how visitors are using our Site and how we could improve it and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting to learn about the age and gender of the Site’s users along with the interests they express through their online travel and purchasing activities. Some of the above information is collected and processed for the purpose of legal compliance, some to perform a contract with you, and some for the purposes of our legitimate business interests (subject to your rights), e.g. to analyse the use of our Site and services in order to continually improve our services.
Information that we receive from other people
We work closely with third parties who may collect personal information from you and pass it on to us. For example, where we are conducting due diligence on prospective investee companies or decide to invest in third parties we may also receive personal information (including CVs) concerning key personnel. Our staff may also give us emergency contact information as part of our emergency scenario planning and may give us details of their dependants in relation to their employee benefits arrangements. Where this is the case the third party is responsible for obtaining the relevant consents from you to ensure you are happy with the ways in which your personal data will be used.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions, your use of the Website, and all matters connected with them, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Disputes arising in connection with these terms shall accordingly be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
