Head of People
As Head of People, I’m responsible for building and maintaining the company culture and overseeing all internal people processes and policies.
Before joining the team at ECI, I held senior people and talent roles across the financial services sector, including for BlackRock, UBS, Lloyds Banking Group and more recently as a consultant supporting start-ups and scale-ups build their people functions.
I studied Psychology at university and more recently I was awarded a Masters in coaching & mentoring practise.
“I had my photo taken with Take That. I was volunteering for Children in Need at BT Tower, and they came and sat next to me to answer the phones and talk to the cameras. I didn’t even follow Take That at the time (although I kept the photo!!) I was the envy of friends of mine at the time who were massive fans.”
“I am a sucker for anything sci-fi. It’s a close battle between Start Wars or the Matrix franchises. And yes, I am probably the only person who actually liked the prequels to the original Star Wars films.”
