When I joined ECI many years ago, the company was still known as Equity Capital for Industry and since that time it’s been great to see how much has changed, including how investments are structured and the industry at large. You learn so much working here, including my favourite acronym BIMBO (Buy-In Management Buyout) and what EBITDA actually means (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization!) It’s great to be part of a successful company and working with such a group of talented individuals.
I manage our Reception, which is often meeting orientated and driven by the demands of the day, interacting with people, and making our guests feel welcomed. I am a people person, so I love that I get to meet and speak to a variety of different people every day!

“I worked for a mail order Beauty Club. The highlight of working for this company was attending the Miss World contest every year, meeting Eric Morley (founder of Miss World pageant) and his wife Julia Morley, the founder of ‘Beauty with a Purpose’.”
“Dr. No (or all old James Bond movies featuring Sean Connery!)”
