In the past 5 years, TAG has completed 8 acquisitions as well as delivering strong organic growth. ECI’s Origination and Commercial teams will help TAG to continue with its global expansion, as well as supporting the business as it invests in technology and operations to further enhance its bespoke, service-led proposition to its worldwide client base.
Go-to market strategy:
- TAG’s fantastic reputation for superb customer service has meant historically its growth has largely been delivered through word of mouth and reputation in the market. Since investment, the ECI team has supported management to augment this with a pro active go-to-market function.
- This has been supported by helping the team to develop better internal dashboards and management information to understand key levers for scaling the business.
Technology:
- We are working closely with the team on its technology strategy to further differentiate it in both the Entertainment and Corporate travel markets.
People and culture:
- We are investing in the team to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to drive innovation and growth for the future. Significant hires have included Chair, CFO and CPO, as well as promoting a number of internal team members to the C-Suite.
