How we’re helping

Mobysoft is a Manchester-based data insight and predictive analytics provider to the social housing sector. Their market-leading platforms, RentSense and RepairSense, use cloud-based predictive technology to provide recommendations and optimise workflows for over 2m tenancies across 180 social housing providers. Both products help reduce income officer workload and ensure tenants are receiving the support they need, which reduces evictions and improves tenant welfare for the more vulnerable in society.

Sales & marketing:

  • We are working closely with the management team on new product development, including the expansion of its predictive analytics suite with further products to support its clients and their tenants.

Strategic acquisitions:

  • ECI’s origination team is working closely with management to consider acquisitions, where they fit with Mobysoft’s focus to support social housing providers and the communities they serve.
