Holiday Autos is a leading holiday car rental business, founded in 1987. During our investment we supported the business to acquire competitors, Travelselect.com and The Destination Group. In 2003, Lastminute.com – which at that point had access more than 750,000 rental cars worldwide – acquired the business in a £40m acquisition.

Since that realisation, Holiday Autos again became part of the ECI family when it was acquired by ECI investment CarTrawler in 2013.
