Strategic acquisitions:

  • We supported Clear Group to deliver their buy and build strategy, with the business completing 10 acquisitions during our partnership.

People & culture:

  • As Clear Insurance continues to grow and evolve, the business sought to strengthen its management team. This has included the appointment of Mike Edgeley as CEO and Tim Money as CFO, both of whom have significant insurance expertise. Howard Lickens, who founded Clear in 2001 with Gary O-Donnell, has moved to the role of Executive Chairman and continues to support the growth in the business.
