Ciphr has been named best ‘Employer of the Year’ at the 2023 Thames Valley 250 Awards. The ECI-backed HR software provider has been recognised for its commitment to its employees and their wellbeing.
Speaking to The Business Magazine at the awards, Claire Williams, chief people officer at Ciphr, said:
“We are delighted to be recognised as one of the best employers in the Thames Valley region. We have done a lot of work over the last 12 months listening to what employees want. We introduced new benefits, such as enhanced maternity and paternity leave, as well as a family forming benefit and family National Trust membership to encourage staff to spend time with their families. We have a benefits platform to promote what is available and are doing more to make sure our people understand how to get the most out of what we offer. Our wellbeing programme had a quarterly focus on different areas, such as financial wellbeing during the cost-of-living crisis.”
