Congratulations to ECI’s Suzanne Pike who was featured in Private Equity News’ 2020 list of the rising stars of European private equity, recognised for their stand out ability to help shape the future of their firms as the sector emerges from the coronavirus crisis.
Discussing Suzanne, who became partner earlier this year, Private Equity News commented:
“Described as an ‘integral part’ of ECI by a consultant who has worked with with her, Pike reports to the private equity firm’s board. Each year, her team look at approximately 600 potential investments, before whittling them down to two or three. During her time at the UK mid-market firm, Pike has developed a best-practice approach to sourcing and unlocking bolt-on deal opportunities that is now applied across the firm’s portfolio companies. Last year, six portfolio companies completed 11 bolt on acquisitions. Pike was also involved in raising the firm’s 11th fund, which closed at £700m in 2018. In addition to her work with ECI, last year she was the chapter president for the Association for Corporate Growth – which brings together middle-market dealmakers with business heads – having previously created and led a diversity and inclusion programme at the organisation.”
