The certification is a significant achievement, as it recognises employers which create an outstanding employee experience.
As part of the submission process, employees completed a written survey about their experience at CSL, scoring the business across different aspects of workplace culture, such as inclusivity, employee wellbeing and management. They had the following exceptional results:

- 100% said that when you join CSL, you are made to feel welcome.
- 99% commented that it is a physically safe place to work.
- 98% feel that people at CSL are treated fairly regardless of their gender or age.
These results are a great recognition of CSL’s focus on their shared values of collaboration, continuous improvement and customer obsessed.
We believe the importance of people and culture is often overlooked in private equity, but our experience has taught us that it really matters and is fundamental to scalable growth.
