International Women’s Day is an opportunity for us to celebrate the women we know and work with, and consider the steps we can all take to make progress towards equality. This year we wanted to chat to the ECI team to understand how they experience bias, the way they try to challenge bias on a day to day basis, and the progress being made collectively at ECI to #breakthebias
