We’re delighted to announce that we have expanded the capabilities of our Commercial Team with a new independent Growth Specialist, focusing on Sales & Marketing.
Chris Ginnelly is an experienced sales professional with over 20 years in leadership positions at Xerox and Civica. Over the course of his career, he has become a specialist in supporting teams with sales led growth strategies and brand development.
Chris has been working on sales-focused projects with ECI portfolio companies for several years, including projects such as the development of training programs, support on team growth, as well as targeting initiatives. Chris has also contributed to the development of the ECI Sales & Marketing Toolkit which ECI leverages to help management teams target opportunities for growth through enhanced sales performance and go-to-market strategies.
ECI’s Growth Specialists are a panel of independent experts, available as needed to support portfolio management teams on projects that drive value within key focus areas. This new hire follows the appointment of Lesley Davies as a Growth Specialist focussed on People & Culture in November 2022.
