As an Associate in ECI’s Commercial Team, my primary job is to work closely with our portfolio’s management teams to realise their potential and support on strategic growth projects. I also work on analysis with prospect companies during the pre-deal phase, so we can hit the ground running when we invest.

Prior to joining ECI I spent 4 years at OC&C Strategy Consultants working with a range of corporate and private clients to solve questions on new product development, international expansion, and production line optimisation (to name but a few.). Whilst there I also spent time on secondment to a PE-backed software business as Chief of Staff, where I helped to support the management team during the early stages of investment.

I studied Classics at the University of Oxford, which I am yet to find any professional applications for but has made for some interesting conversation when meeting new clients!
